Choose a subscription for the way you buy or sell. Owner plans combine a listing with the NDA, data room and buyer CRM. Broker plans support a portfolio of mandates, while Buyer Premium adds access and search tools for buyers. BizBuyout charges a flat subscription and takes no commission on a sale.

FAQ
Which billing option is selected by default?
Yearly billing is selected by default. You can switch to monthly billing before subscribing. Yearly prices are charged as the full yearly amount, and the displayed monthly equivalent is a comparison rather than a monthly installment.
Does confirming my email start a paid subscription?
No. Get started opens the email confirmation flow and saves your chosen plan. Confirming your email does not charge your card or start a paid subscription. A paid subscription starts when you accept the billing terms and authorize payment through secure checkout.
Does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or yearly billing period unless canceled before renewal. The amount, billing period and any applicable tax are shown before you authorize payment. Any change to renewal pricing is disclosed before it applies.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel any time through your subscription settings to stop the next renewal. There are no refunds for paid periods, including unused time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude still apply.
Can the same payer hold several subscriptions?
No. One subscription is allowed per payer. Use the seats and listing allowance in the selected plan for your permitted users and mandates. Do not open duplicate payer accounts to combine subscriptions.
Can buyers search without subscribing?
Yes. Searching businesses is free for buyers and does not require a paid subscription. Buyer Premium is optional and adds the listed buyer features. A paid plan does not guarantee that a matching business is listed or that a seller grants document access.
Is there a commission or a separate transaction charge from BizBuyout?
No. BizBuyout takes no sale commission. You pay the selected subscription. Any broker, lender, legal, accounting or other professional fees you arrange separately are between you and that provider.
Can I review invoices and manage billing myself?
Yes. Use the billing portal to review invoices and manage your subscription. If you need help finding a charge, email [email protected] with your account email and invoice reference. Do not email card numbers or verification codes.
